Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and have shipped to over 80 countries so far! Over 40% of our sales are outside of Australia and we ship via FedEx, DHL, Auspost International, UPS and more!
Do you offer in store pickup?
Yes we do, but this is on an appointment basis only, you will need to contact us to organise a time as we are constantly running errands and might not be in the store when you need us.
Do you offer technical and purchase advice?
We are always up for a chat and happy to help with recommendations for your build, we would rather you purchase once rather than make mistakes with your order, so please get in touch and we will endeavour to assist you with your enquiries whether purchase related or not.
Do you open on weekends?
Short answer is no, however if you need an in store visit on the weekend you can book in advance with us and we will be happy to open up for you.
Do you price match?
Absolutely, in fact we endeavour to BEAT advertised prices instead of matching... however we may not always be able to do so. We pride ourselves on great service and competitive pricing at all times.
Why haven't i received an order confirmation?
All orders are automatically live on our end and confirmations are automatically sent to your email the second you make a payment, please check your email inbox/junk folder for the confirmation email. NOTE: We also highly recommend you create an account which will allow you to log in and see all current and previous orders including their status and whether they have been shipped or not and the tracking information.
I can't find a product on your website, can you source it?
We are constantly expanding our product range and currently sell products from over 80 manufacturers, the more we sell, the more we invest and expand. Help us by making recommendations on which products you would like to see on the website.
