There is also a minimum spend of $1000, this offer ends December 1st 2024 AEST and is NOT compatible with other discount codes but will work with our current Black Friday Sale - This offer will work ONCE per customer.
- International Shipping Discount Codes are for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. If you accidentally use them and you are located inside of Australia, we will be sending you an invoice to pay prior to shipping your order for the difference. We have no way of controlling who can use these discount codes, so we rely on the community to do the right thing. The international discount codes are there to help relieve the costs of purchasing products off our website for the international community.
- Ownership of the items/products or services supplied on any invoice remains the property of 770Motorsports unless the invoiced amount is paid in full.
- 770Motorsports accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
- Any purchased products from 770Motorsports must be inspected and accounted for by the customer within 7 days of receiving the product, this is to ensure that there are no future claims against products supplied and to provide a clear understanding of stock count. If you fail to check your order and contact us with no less than 3 reasonable attempts, then you will not be eligible to get replacements/refunds/remedies for damaged or missing parts.
- All Items will have their price and conditions subject to change without notice.
- All Items/Products/Services purchased from 770Motorsports are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licenced workshop and ALL warranty claims are dependent on this.
- Modifying your vehicle is illegal in some states and territories, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to abide by the law and take the appropriate measures to ensure that their vehicle is roadworthy.
- 770Motorsports collects and retains information provided by you when you sign up or make purchases. This information consists of your name, phone number, email and postal addresses. This information is collected and used in order to give the customer access to purchase online & access our system and for 770Motorsports & contractors to contact you regarding current or previous orders. 770Motorsports will not sell or share your information with any 3rd party unless it is for contractors working with us or if we are directed to do so by a court of law.
- Price matching is done SOLEY at our discretion, we make no guarantee that all prices can be matched or beaten.
- Price matching or beating does NOT apply to any second hand, rare or clearance items.
- All our products come with 14 days warranty from date of purchase.
- Warranty only covers items supplied.
- Warranty is for a full refund or exchange provided you keep your receipt.
- Warranty is void if you tamper with products or bring them back in a different state to which they were sold to you.
- Warranty does NOT cover costs of shipping.
- We do not cover costs of shipping for warranty claims or exchanges
- No exchanges or refunds if you change your mind or parts don't suite your vehicle, you are required to do your own research.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for cancellations, even if the order has not been fulfilled.
- Once you have placed an order, you have entered into a sales contract held up by the terms and conditions outlined by 770Motorsports.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their delivery details and rates are entered correctly and up to date prior to making a payment. The same policy is in place for all phone orders.

- Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to bulky products, products with no shipping options or products listed as local pickup only.
- Some free shipping promotions are subject to weight and volumetric weights, in the event that an order doesn't qualify, you will need to make the payment on the freight.
- Free shipping promotions only include REGULAR freight services and NOT express freight services.
- The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any sale, promotion or offer at any given time without warning.
- The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to modify pricing and product information at any given time without warning.
- "Site Wide" or "Store Wide" does NOT always mean 100% of the items on the site are included in sales, some products simply do not have the margin in them for us to discount unfortunately and The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to disallow certain products to be included in these types of sale at our discretion.
- Some products may be subject to availability or price changes after purchase, in the even that we can not supply the product or notice a price increase on the suppliers end, we will offer you a transparent updated price or simply cancel the order and issue a refund (this has only happened on a handful of occasions out of thousands of orders in the last 5 years of trade).
- Delays can be expected during sales periods as stock may sell out and we can't carry the entire 10,000+ products on the site at any given point, it is extremely difficult to maintain stock levels accurately on the the backend. In saying that, we maintain a very good track record and ship most orders within a very acceptable timeframe (A good bulk of our orders leave on the same day or next business day). It is always our top priority to ship products as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- We endeavour to ship all regular and stocked items on same day, next day or within 5 business days of your order being placed. This does NOT apply during sales periods, event periods (post and prior), however we do try our best to get things out of the door as soon as possible.
- If a product is not in stock, items may take longer to ship, if you require a stock update or have an order that needs preference, please get in contact with us PRIOR to purchasing, however in most cases orders leave in 1-5 business days.
- Custom orders may take longer than regular shipping times but will have information about shipping time on the listing.
- Free shipping promotions only include STANDARD freight services and NOT express freight services, this also does not include any shipping insurance.

- Courier lead times given in the checkout section are estimates ONLY and do NOT include processing and handling times. If you require something urgently, please get in touch with us so we can make your order a priority and ensure you have a smooth experience with getting your goods in the time frame you need.
- We take extra care in packaging your orders and this means extra time for handling, there is nothing worse than having a parcel arrive as damaged.

- 770Motorsports can NOT guarantee you will receive the courier you specify from the shipping options, however you will always receive the service you paid for, i.e Express or Standard.
- Courier rates on our website do NOT include customs fees, duty fees or surcharges, you will be liable to pay these upon the arrival of your goods. Unfortunately at this time with such a large product range, it is near impossible to provide integrated shipping quotes with customs fees, however if you have any feedback to provide please get in touch.

NEW PARTS WARRANTY
- A large amount of New Parts Manufacturers come with their own limited warranty for a certain time period, it is the customers responsibility to keep their warranty card under any circumstances and in the event that they need to make a claim. The duration of the warranty period is dependent on the manufacturer, however 770Motorsports will always endeavour to help you in any way we can throughout this process.
- If a purchased NEW item or product proves to be faulty during the warranty period given AFTER it has been received by 770Motorsports, we will transport the item to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- The freight cost to and from the manufacturer is to ALWAYS be paid by the customer in any circumstance.
- Warranty strictly ONLY covers the items supplied and no other items or components that may work in conjunction with the original item supplied.
- 770Motorsports assumes NO responsibility for damage to items/components or the customers vehicle due to misuse of items/products or services or due to the result of an accident.
- Applicable warranty ONLY covers parts supplied.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Payments for orders placed on our website are only accepted in the form of Paypal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card & Zip Money/Zip Pay and Afterpay.
- Customers should take note that all payments made via Bank Transfer can take up to 2-3 business days to clear, after which their order will be processed and shipped.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their delivery details and rates are entered correctly and up to date prior to making a payment. The same policy is in place for all phone orders.
- In cases where there is a risk for chargeback, we will cancel the order and advise the customer to place the order again via Paypal or bank deposit for orders over a substantial amount.
